Following the terms and conditions, you can receive a full refund if you cancel your ticket within 14 days of booking your ticket. We cannot offer a refund/transfer outside of these 14 days, regardless of your visa outcome.
If you can no longer attend the event, you can change the name on your ticket to a friend or colleague.
